Mr. Bill is a clay clown superstar who became popular in the late 1970's after getting his start on Saturday Night Live, (SNL). Mr. Bill's creator, Walter Williams, submitted Super 8 films to SNL. His creation was picked-up by the show and Walter Williams went on to create a more than 20 episodes, all with the same homemade quality. Ohhhh noooooooooooooo!
